Supply Chain
Job Description:
Negotiates, administers, extends terms, renegotiates contracts with technology and content partners.
Provide expert legal advise on contract terms and conditions to reduce risk, potential liabilities,
contractual rights and obligations.
Desired Skills:
- Analyzing, defining and estimating the potential impact of contract liability
- Monitoring and negotiating changes with partners and suppliers
- Examines performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of costs of materials,
equipment production to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Work with other divisions to develop strategies, communicate contract requirements, related
strategy development assuring customer requirements are met and understood by the organization
- Researching governmental regulations and initiatives
- Conducting audits to identify areas for improvement and compliance
- May coordinate work in sales department with production and shipping departments to
implement fulfillment of contracts.
- Conversant with the RFQ processes and able to direct the process through both domestic
and offshore suppliers
- Requires some travel 10%
- Other duties as assigned
Education:
College degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
Five years industry experience, preferably in the electronics environment.
